JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Role: Laboratory Manager - Facilities and Maintenance
Location: Jeddah, KSA
Salary: 27,000 - 32,000 SAR/Month

Responsibility; The Laboratory Manager is responsible for all the Facilities and Maintenance works for a large research site within a leading university. All Soft and Hard services must be managed with care and sensitivity as per the environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field - FM, Mechanical, Electrical engineering.
HSEQ Certificate/Diploma is advantageous
7 Years Management experience in a facilities management environment with experience of technically complex and multi-disciplined sites.
10 years hands on experience in facilities management.
Significant Management experience with strategic and budgetary responsibility gained within major organisation. Strong Commercial mindset and financially fluent.
Excellent time managements Skills and able to work to strict deadlines.
