JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Experience

The individual must be a degree holder with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience and must be professionally registered engineer.

Demonstrable experience of running a team of individuals and acting as a lead mechanical engineer on major site projects.

Ability to accept a high degree of responsibility in a team-based organization, combined with ability to work independently and collaborating closely with an office based engineering design team

Broad design knowledge, from working on a wide range of projects.

Experienced technical and project leader; track record of successful delivery over a sustained period within the industry.

Mentoring and leading others, developing individual's skills, whilst encouraging collaboration and cohesive teamwork.

Diverse sector experience.

The individual will have considerable experience working on complex international site based building projects in the Middle East or another international location including design office experience.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BEng)

Professional registration of a recognised professional body (CIBSE, IMechE or ASHRAE) equivalent
