JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Site Supervision
• Lead the Supervision of Structural Construction Activities
• Act as the Resident Engineer for Structural Construction Activities
• Lead the Design Reviews for all disciplines during Construction phase
• Lead all Clients Meetings. Lead all Contractor/Client Relationship
• Ensure project's plan and schedule are up to date and as per contract's requirements
• Manage staff on site
• Coordinate with HSE team on site regarding site incidents and other precautionary measures
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in Construction, Demolition and Reconstruction
• Min. 10-15 years of experience in Consultancy/Construction Supervision
• Solid Client Relationship and Client Management Skills
• Excellent Authorities and KSA Regulations Knowledge
• Excellent Contracts Knowledge and Management
• Awareness of Architectural elements
• Awareness of Structural software (ETABS/SAFE/RAM
