JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Quest is hiring a Legal Advisor for a prestigious luxury retail client in Riyadh. This role requires strong expertise in commercial contract law, covering distribution, retail leasing, construction, privacy, and data protection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract
• Provide legal advice and training to business division
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirement
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external counsel
• Support risk management and dispute resolution
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in law• 5-10 years of experience (law firm & corporate sector)
• Expertise in commercial contract law, litigation, and regulatory compliance
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Arabic & English
