JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description
• Main responsibility will be to review and check the company's stores and warehouses compliance (both physical and electronic) & to ensure they are complete, up to date and compliant with the rules given.
• Taking responsibility so that store / WH people report proper compliance for the stores, offices, and warehouses.
• Building new processes, improving existing processes across Landmark Arabia, and implementing the changes by providing adequate training to the new and existing users.
• To respond to routine compliance queries from store / warehouse staff members
• To provide a professional compliance support to staff and to ensure the smooth running of compliance software managing and maintaining all database in program inclusive of inputting the data, to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spread sheets and databases
• Strong excel skills and basic knowledge of Legatrix.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required Leadership and basic Skills
• Arabic nationality (Preferably male)
• Around 2-3 years Compliance experience with a Retail Industry
• Excellent English - Arabic oral, reading and written communication skills
• Methodical and thorough approach to work
• Good at juggling tasks and prioritizing/ability to work to deadlines
• An effective and diligent team member with the ability to handle solo projects
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Be a fast learner & willing to learn
• Be driven; be able to use their initiative.
• Hardworking, honest, and open
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Bright, confident personality
