JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious international Law Firm based in Riyadh, who are currently seeking an enthusiastic Legal PA to join their successful team. The successful candidate will be a fluent Arabic Speaker.
The Legal PA will provide exceptional legal administrative support to a Partner within their busy office environment. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
The Legal PA must be able to perform various administrative duties, drafting documents, proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings and taking minutes.
This role will also collaborate with the Partners and Finance Team, and be responsible for monthly billings. The Legal PA will also support the Business Development Team in assisting in events, pitches, marketing and carrying out any adhoc duties where required.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, it is essential that the candidate have experience working within a busy, corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow.The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and will be a fluent Arabic Speaker. The ideal candidate will be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and will be fully competent in legal software such as 3Elite. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
