JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Company

Robert Half are working with a company based in Riyadh looking to hire a Legal / Practice Assistant to join their existing team. Arabic speaker is required for this role to be based in Riyadh.

The Role

* This position will provide general administrative and secretarial within the legal sector.
* Perform complex secretarial activities which may be highly confidential and sensitive and require diplomacy and discretion.
* Communicate effectively on busy, multiple telephone lines.
* Type, format, edit and finalize legal documents in MS Word.
* Prepare and finalize pitch presentations in PowerPoint.
* Compose routine letters and memoranda and prepare reports.
* Establish and maintain office files and records materials.
* Assist in the preparation of time-sheets, travel, expense reports and other personnel records.
* Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences; make travel arrangements and maintain calendar in Outlook.

REQUIREMENTS

The Candidate

* A minimum of 5+ years recent and direct team secretarial experience.
* Exceptional customer service orientation and written and oral communication skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
* Reliability, commitment and punctuality.
* Ability to work unsupervised, meet deadlines
* Must have advanced proficiency working in Word
* Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
