We are seeking experienced Saudi Legal Secretaries to join a well-established regional law firm’s Corporate practice in Riyadh or Jeddah.

These roles are intended for career legal secretaries with prior experience supporting lawyers within a law firm or legal environment, ideally within corporate or regulatory practices. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting partners and associates in a fast-paced, professional legal setting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support to partners and associates
2. Draft, format, proofread, and manage legal and corporate documentation in Arabic and English
3. Manage diaries, meetings, and complex scheduling
4. Handle correspondence with clients, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
5. Maintain and organize legal files and records (electronic and physical)
6. Assist with regulatory filings and document submissions
7. Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and general administrative tasks as required
8. Act as a trusted point of contact within the corporate practice team

Requirements:
1. Fluent Arabic and English (mandatory)
2. Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm or legal environment
3. Experience supporting corporate/commercial, regulatory legal teams
4. High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
5. Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a demanding environment

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
