Legal Secretary - Leading Law Firm - Riyadh
Join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh as a Legal Secretary, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practices. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in legal administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including organizing files, managing correspondence, and preparing legal documents.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and hearings for lawyers and clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update electronic filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of court documents and filings, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
- Conduct research and gather information relevant to ongoing cases and legal matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and external parties, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes, maintaining accurate records of services provided.
- Ensure confidentiality of all legal documents and information, adhering to ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm.- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and legal management software.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred, with excellent translation skills.
Salary:
SAR
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
