Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees.
They are currently looking for a Localization Marketing Manager to be based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Drive early engagement with stakeholders to understand languages-specific requirements and to evangelize globalization best practices to ensure the localized content is compliant and high quality
• Partner closely with our Brand, Web, Coms, Regions and Sectors teams to create project plans ensuring timely delivery for global & regional launches
• Be accountable for end-to-end linguistic quality for your product lines
• Manage localization vendors
• Set the budget
• Launch new languages
• Contribute to innovation initiatives which utilize data to drive priorities and decisions which will optimize our processes and systems
• Responsible for the identification and management of risk in day to day responsibilities
• Comply with company policies and procedures including completing mandatory training within the required timeframes
• Role model positive risk behaviours and contribute towards a strong risk culture at company

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Requirements:
• BA/BS/BSc, Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or related discipline
• 6yrs+ of experience in localization management
• Experience of both Agency and Client side an advantage
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Experience managing localization projects and evangelizing globalization best practices across a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, working across time zones
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced operational environment, drive change, and collaborate with others
• Speak at least 1 other language. (German, Chinese, French, Russian).
• Experience utilizing data to make business decisions
• Understand digital and SEO.
