Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement location-specific engineering strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve high performance and excellence.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Engineering Management:
- Oversee the engineering activities across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and Maintenance, to optimize production, minimize downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and implementation of new technologies and engineering practices to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Team Development and Performance:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their career development and identifying opportunities for advancement.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective teamwork and knowledge sharing across the engineering department.

Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and guidelines in all engineering activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards associated with engineering operations, implementing appropriate control measures.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging engineering practices, evaluating their relevance to the company's operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on engineering management and operations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong technical expertise in oil and gas engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
