JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responds to all requests and demands of the company: projects, sites, HO and warehouse, concerning mobilization, transportation, providing facilities, urgent incidents, urgent purchases
• Ensure 100% transportation of staff and labors to sites and offices, and to accommodations
• Monitor all company vehicles in good condition, by tracking kilometer reading
• Ensure fuel for all company vehicles
• Ensure the insurance coverage of all cars
• Follow the renewal of Registration plates before their expiry.
• Organize daily task schedule of all drivers.
• Provide to the Top Management with a monthly report showing vehicle repairs, fuel consumption, traffic ticket reports and heavy equipment report.
REQUIREMENTS
• To manage all requests and demands of the company concerning mobilization, transportation, providing facilities, urgent incidents, urgent purchases – for all projects, sites, HO and warehouse needs.
• To manage and oversee all work of Logistics personnel, from department supervisors to drivers and cleaners.
