JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Luxury Fashion Boutique Manager to work in a brand new boutique in Saudi Arabia.

The successful Boutique Manager will have experience in Luxury Retail Management and will be responsible for:

• Running the day to day operations of a Luxury Fashion Boutique
• Ensure impeccable customer service is delivered
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining a high visual standard
• Handling customer queries in a professional manner
• Managing and motivating a team of 3 sales advisors to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Making key decisions about stock control
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales

REQUIREMENTS

The successful Boutique Manager will need:

• 5 years experience in luxury retail
• 2 years in a managerial position within a luxury retail environment
