Overview

We are looking for a planning engineer specialist to work with the plant T&I team that is responsible for planning and preparing the requirements to address due turnaround and inspection for Abqaiq plants static equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Issuing the turnaround and inspection plan along with operation and inspection

Carrying out pre-meeting of all planned T&I

Freezing detailed scope of work of upcoming T&I

Following Gates process (gates 1,2 and 3) as per CMS T&I manual

Preparing and review of risk register for small T&I's and tanks

Following up with contractor to prepare/revise JSA and HIPs

Following up with ALPD to review HIP and JSA

Conducting Job-ex meeting and site visit for procuring SFC and MFC

Supporting execution team to review and certify contract invoices

Opening, planning and closing the T&I work orders

Closing any procured contract after completion or extension if expired before completion

Visiting Sites to measure/identify materials for ordering

Identifying long lead materials

Reviewing of Technology scope submission for Maintenance activities

Creating Purchase requisitions for contracts

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

Should hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Engineering, Maintenance, planning

Good knowledge and understanding of maintenance and procurement process

Good knowledge of contractual process (Scope Identification)

Good knowledge of scheduling turnaround and inspection
