Our newest opportunity is for a talented Maintenance Foreman to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Leads the ongoing maintenance of facilities and equipment, placing special focus on minimization of downtime.
- Manages all aspects of environmental health and safety conformance and improvement initiatives.
- Directs the installation and maintenance of assigned buildings and building systems and ensure the operations of the HVAC systems.
- Provides guidance and oversight to maintenance personnel on all shifts in daily operations.
- Develops, maintains, and implements preventative maintenance programs, and ensure that they are properly carried out.
- Ascertains the safe and efficient maintenance of facilities and equipment through effective leadership and supervision.
- Performs selections of maintenance staff members, through rigorous screening methods. Inspect facilities and equipment periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance required for them.
- Supervises the work of tradesmen such as electricians and plumbers, during installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
- Monitors the inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring that low stock situations do not arise.
- Inspects machines, equipment, and facilities to ensure that any safety issues are identified and resolved on an immediate basis.
- Supervises and monitors the output of housekeeping staff, office attendants and utilizing as resources to minimize day to day workload.
- Follows established FM&A policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 3 years work experience partnered with a High School Diploma and Vocational Training.

Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
