Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join Northern Area Gas Producing Maintenance Division, under Northern Area Gas Producing Department (NAGPD).

NAGPD produces non-associated gas from onshore and offshore fields safely, reliably and efficiently while protecting the environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:
- To work at Remote Onshore/Offshore job site.
- Process work orders, ensuring conformance with the latest revision of Maintenance Work Order as per Saudi Aramco G.Is.
- Utilize knowledge of craft skills and knowledge of the equipment involved, and create job steps in the proper sequence.
- Identify all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step.
- Has a good knowledge of Materials System on SAP, including use of the Catalog, requisitioning and Direct Charge materials.
- Provide the Maintenance team with a completed package at minimum cost.
- Ensure that materials are received prior to scheduling the job.
- Ensure that surplus and excess materials are returned to the proper materials handling personnel for eventual return to the Storehouse.
- Coordinate and arrange to schedule support service equipment, to coincide with the maintenance order scheduling.
- Provide maintenance performance monitoring data for his assigned area or unit.
- Prepare whole Job Standards and reviews the log of existing Job Standards for potential application.
- Maintain maintenance orders and equipment history files and is responsible for checking and ensuring data is entered.
- Ensure accuracy of all related computerized maintenance management system.
- Daily review of all released maintenance orders material reservations, committed materials and performs posting material prior to scheduling the work.
- Check, receive, store materials and issue to craftsmen assigned for Orders on daily schedule work.
- Request other resources such as crane/trailer and heavy equipment and ensures contracts readiness or other resources required on the daily scheduled jobs.
- Plan, schedule, report and check all issued work orders.
- Plan major jobs with the assistance of senior planner and develop critical path charts when required.
- Attend meeting & responsible for making the weekly and the daily work schedules.
- Update maintenance work orders statuses.
- Generate SAP and Plant Maintenance reports for performance or tracking analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

As the successful candidate, you

- Will hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering. Other advanced professional engineering degree in related field is preferred.
- Should have a Minimum of 13 years of experience as maintenance planner in oil and gas facility.
- Must be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of industry standards and procedures.
- Must be familiar with SAP System.
- Completed safety courses related to oil and gas facility.
- Has the ability to use Microsoft programs.
- Has the knowledge and experience to use different systems for searching material.
- Has strong written and oral communication skills and able to communicate clearly.
