Overview

The Talent Assessment and Coaching Center (TAC) is seeking a highly skilled subject matter expert in professional and leadership assessment. The TAC Center is catalyst of change - driven by accurate assessments, evidence-based results and supported by a high-quality consistent coaching service. Career-level specific assessments are used to help identify and develope leadership talent, which requires disciplined, highly skilled, and targeted capabilities from TAC professionals.

The candidate of this role is expected to work with different levels of professional and leadership positions such as HR Business Partners at Admin Area and Business Line staff, Mangers, and Talent Coordinators to design and deliver an engaging and impactful assessment experience.

They will work with internal organizations and departments to identify specific performance criteria and design assessment and coaching interventions to evaluate individuals and identify development gaps. They will advise on development interventions that address development needs together with advice and insight regarding the potential and "readiness" of individuals to succeed at the next leadership level. They are expected to conduct robust statistical analyses that will ensure the reliability and validity of assessments used, appropriate use of norms, and identify trends that may inform organizational development interventions.

Additionally, they will be requested to provide and manage leadership coaching services for recently assessed employees and hence expected to be very familiar with, and ideally experienced and qualified as, a leadership coach.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and delivery of an engaging and impactful assessment experience for participants ensuring it is effectively integrated into their leadership development journey.
- Inform and guide the assessment governance framework, ensure adherence to best practice principles, and drive increased assessment competence and expertise amongst users.
- Provides work direction to Management Development Department advisors and responds to their requests for policy interpretation guidance, system support problems, MD&OC practices etc.
- Reviews more complex employee profile to determine if corporate management development requirements are satisfied
- Be accountable for the delivery of the Saudi Aramco assessment strategy
- Consult and advise stakeholders on all assessment use and interventions and provide assessment analytics as needed and in collaboration with HR analytics
- Determine and strengthen the link of assessment-based decisions and business success criteria
- Define assessment governance framework, ensure adherence to best practice principles, and drive increased assessment competence and expertise amongst users
- Undertake spot audits of all reports and processes
- Be accountable for assessment budget and vendor management - including contracts

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Development, or Behavioral Science
- Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational/Occupational Psychology or Applied Behavioral Sciences
- Assessment related certification from an accredited institute like the American Psychological Association (APA), Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP), or British Psychological Society (BPS - i.e. Chartered Psychologist) is required. A well-recognized coaching certification is highly desirable.
- Ten years of postgraduate assessment experience at all organizational levels with global companies, knowledge of executive development, leadership coaching and talent management.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Interpersonal skills including resolving conflicts
- Coaching experience with integration into post-assessment development
- Knowledge in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, human resource modeling, and coordinating people and resources
- Technical experience in psychometric analysis
