Job Description & Summary

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers in the graduate recruitment team, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Wing to wing process, recruitment of Graduates and Interns in Saudi Arabia. Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
- Stakeholder management across various lines of service, act as main point of contact.
- Building key relationships with universities in the Kingdom, making PWC an employer of choice, including Branding and executing on campus events.
- Act to resolve issues which prevent you from working effectively.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations for the future.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

REQUIREMENTS

A degree in HR or similar with CIPD qualification 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, graduate recruitment highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
