He/she will be responsible for managing the digital marketing strategy and creative campaign development process. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure that our digital marketing efforts align with our business objectives and deliver engaging, impactful campaigns

Description

* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, patient acquisition, and brand awareness.
* Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Lead the creation of creative briefs for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop and execute creative campaigns.
* Oversee digital advertising efforts, including PPC, social media advertising, display, and content marketing.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and cost-efficiency.
* Work closely with content teams to develop engaging and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media channels.
* Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and tracking expenditures.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
* Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management and creative briefing.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and tools.
* Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
* Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
* Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
