Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our construction projects, attract potential clients, and enhance the company's brand presence in the market.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's construction projects and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
- Manage the company's online and offline marketing activities including social media, website content, advertising, and events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective and align with the company's objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the company's marketing efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager in the construction industry or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and web analytics.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.

SAR 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
