Quest Search & Selection is hiring a Marketing Manager for a renowned luxury brand in the fitness industry.
We are looking for a results-driven, creative Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives in the country.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager role:
• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan, optimizing the mix of campaigns, initiatives, and events to reach targets for leads, revenue, and profitability.
• Plan and execute sell-in and sell-out activities, including events, mailings, and digital marketing, aligned with Sales segment strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth.
• Oversee marketing investments to ensure profitable growth, allocating budgets effectively across initiatives that build business and brand value.
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate, current market data and support sales productivity.
• Ensure that all layout and project designs meet corporate standards for quality and brand consistency.
• Lead, develop, and engage your team to maximize performance and align with the company culture.
Requirements:
• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role within dynamic multinational environment• Ideally an MBA or a closely related field, preferred
• Proven ability to strategically think, plan, and execute initiatives that align with organizational goals
• Skilled in profit and loss (P&L) management
• Strong financial acumen, with expertise in organizational methodologies and process optimization
• Experienced in managing and structuring sales networks
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
