Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue for the luxury hotel.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other senior leaders to develop an overall marketing strategy that supports the hotel's business objectives.
  • Manage the hotel's website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create and distribute effective collateral materials, including brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to drive occupancy and revenue during low season periods.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the marketing budget and make recommendations for how to allocate resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can display a "passion for perfection" and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing marketing data to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
