Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on providing bespoke marketing support for one of our most strategic key accounts.

This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our client's objectives, enhancing our brand, and supporting us in continuing to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the account team, develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that align with the key account's business goals and objectives.

- Deliver impactful and innovative campaigns with a strong digital focus to resonate with our client

- Serve as the primary marketing contact for the strategic key account, ensuring a seamless and productive partnership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver innovative integrated marketing campaigns that effectively target our key account's audience, incorporating digital, social media, events, and PR activities.

- Through the development of internal and external communications, continue to enhance and promote our strategic relationship with the account.

- Working closely with the account team to analyse global market trends to identify opportunities create and deliver quality thought leadership to support our brand positioning

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and ROI.

- Manage the marketing budget for the key account, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

- Lead the planning and execution of events and conferences tailored to the key account's team's needs, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

- Foster strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the client organisation, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional marketing support.

- Stay abreast of the latest marketing tools, technologies, and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to benefit the key account.

- Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


Language

- Fluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantage


Overall Experience

- 7+ years of experience in the Marketing field

- 4+ years management experience


Specific Experience

- Proven experience in marketing management, ideally with a focus on B2B and key account marketing.

- Strong understanding of the professional services industry and its challenges and opportunities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

- Highly organised, with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

- Creative and innovative, with a passion for delivering impactful marketing initiatives.

- Industry experience within the Middle East is essential
