JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Country Leader for a Multinational Company (Energy Sector) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Execute commercial strategies and marketing communications.
• Manage the marketing team.
• Create programs and communication activities that align with the brand.
• Handle the marketing calendar and annual budget.
• Create a marketing campaign that can increase the brand awareness.
• Convert the global campaign into a local campaign that would fit with the culture.
• Make sure teams are productive and efficient.
• Conduct a sales planning process annually.
• Support external teams through content creation, campaigns, customer database…
• Use digital strategies for the branding process.
• Use digital tools to provide an excellent digital customer service experience through websites, applications and digital marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Candidate must have a Degree in Marketing
• Candidate must have marketing experience in an Industrial/Energy Sector
• Good knowledge or strong interest in Digital marketing would be a plus
• Familiar with B2B models and digital marketing
• Strong personality and leadership skills
• Ability to work with different businesses and localizing strategies
