Taj HR is looking for a creative and results-driven marketing specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive customer acquisition. This position requires a combination of marketing knowledge, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome.
