Overview

We are seeking an experienced Material Advisor to join our Global Manufacturing Support Department's under Manufacturing Capital Efficiency Division (MCED).

MCED is responsible for the planning and execution of Downstream projects across Global Manufacturing facilities. MCED oversee Global Manufacturing Admin Area level Project Portfolios by ensuring quality and enhancing efficiency of capital projects through effective planning and execution.

Your primary role will be ensuring the accuracy of materials procurement quality/quantity with timely arrival throughout the project cycle and proper interventions to mitigate any delays or needed substitutes.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

Select, plan, specify, purchase, expedite and deliver materials to the project in a timely manner.

Utilize and apply the SAMSS procedures pertaining to the allocation and purchase of materials including, the development of requisitions, purchase orders, surplus and excess materials usage, 'non' material requirements, spare parts and inspection requirements.

Identify Long Lead Items and field material delivery dates.

Develop Bid Review Programs and analyze alternatives, sub-vendors, life cycle costs, and delivery times to develop solid recommendations for the selection of material vendors.

Be responsible for overall procurement management for all C1 projects including reviewing Project Procurement Plan

Liaise with Project Procurement Department representatives on all Aramco purchased materials.

Be the focal point for vendors on vendor data, inspection, FAT and delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

You must hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering.

You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience.

You will be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
