JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Maximo Consultant for one of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with our clients as a Client Representative to deliver tailored solutions that maximize asset performance and support strategic planning.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives. Gather requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions.
Implementation and Customization:
• Lead the implementation of IBM Maximo software, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Develop and deploy custom applications, workflows, and reports as per client needs.
System Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement. Conduct system assessments, analyze data, and propose recommendations to enhance Maximo functionalities.
Training and Support:
• Provide training to end-users and client stakeholders on Maximo functionalities and best practices. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system-related issues.
Documentation:
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and user manuals. Maintain accurate records of configurations and customizations.
Collaboration with Team:
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers. Participate in team meetings, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
Stay Updated:
• Stay current with the latest trends, features, and updates in the Maximo ecosystem. Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Working Days: 6 days/per week
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.• Proven experience in implementing and customizing IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of Maximo modules, including Asset Management, Work Order Management, Inventory Management, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Proficiency in Maximo customization tools, such as Automation Scripting, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and Application Designer.
• Experience with integration of Maximo with other enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Relevant certifications in Maximo or related technologies are highly desirable.
Salary:
SAR
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
