JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• As an MDM (Master Data Management) Tech Lead, your role is pivotal in overseeing the technical aspects of MDM implementations within the organization.
• You will be responsible for designing and developing MDM solutions, configuring MDM software, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, developers, and business analysts, you will lead the implementation of data models, data governance frameworks, and data quality processes.
• Your expertise in MDM tools and technologies will be essential in optimizing data management practices, improving data accuracy, and supporting strategic business initiatives that rely on reliable and consistent master data.

Requirements:

MDM Tools and Technologies:
• Proficiency in using and configuring MDM software (e.g., Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, SAP MDG).

Data Modeling:
• Expertise in designing and implementing data models for master data entities.

Integration:
• Ability to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems and applications.

Leadership and Team Collaboration:
• Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders such as data architects, developers, and business analysts.

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
• Skills in identifying and resolving technical issues related to MDM implementations and data management processes.
