JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Review equipment design and proposed parameters change of equipment to assess equipment reliability.
- Develop technical drawings, datasheet and information required for maintenance and project activities.
- Develop equipment maintenance plan and cost estimate for preventive maintenance (PM) and major shutdown.
- Investigate present and new techniques for detecting and diagnose mechanical failures.
- Participate in developing equipment reliability programs to reduce cost and downtimes of maintenance activates.
- Support project team to execute department projects safely and on-time.
- Coordinate & lead MOC process from initiation to closure.
- Improve quality of equipment and process by developing metrics, targets and KPI for quality control.
- Administer and manager quality related system and participate in quality complains investigations.
- Engineering support and coordination utilizing internal and external resources.
- Evaluate and develop new processes and initiatives to optimize operation, maintenance and consumables costs.
- Support contract department to improve and modify existing contracts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related filed.
- 5-10 years’ experience in the filed including:
* Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries.
* Extensive knowledge in equipment maintenance.
* Project management and management of change (MOC) process knowledge.
* Equipment and process quality control
* Pellets transfer & packaging systems knowledge is a plus.
* Supply chain optimization and improvement knowledge is a plus.
* Advance soft skills using computer software (Microsoft office, SAP).
* Advance business English communication skills
* Candidate must be a self-motivated and team player since he will be working with a highly professional team.
