Medical Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Medical Manager for their Riyadh office to act as the link between clinical research, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams.

This role will establish the Medical Affairs which is responsible for developing and maintaining medical & scientific capabilities.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide product and disease area information to internal/external stakeholders.
- Direct scientific interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including data presentations and responding to inquiries.
- To support governing the ethical practices of all medical activities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Designing, setting up, and delivering accredited further training and leading medical and marketing projects.
- Delivers scientifically meaningful medical programs and activities.

Requirements:

- 5+ years' experience working in medical affairs function.
- A Medical Degree or a Pharmacy/Science degree is required.
- Medical expert knowledge in rare diseases.
- Experience as a Medical Manager or Experienced Medical Advisor is essential.
- Expertise in communicating and developing field medical plans and complex scientific information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience in covering KSA markets.
- Experience in people management/ strong leadership skills is highly preferred.
