JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join the Facility Management or Maintenance team. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facilities.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Inspection:
* Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems.
* Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, coordinating timely repairs.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP systems.
* Plan and execute corrective repairs to restore system functionality.
System Upgrades and Improvements:
* Identify opportunities for system upgrades and improvements to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
* Collaborate with the team to implement approved upgrades and modifications.
Compliance and Documentation:
* Ensure that MEP systems comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Team Collaboration:
* Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff to achieve collective goals.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.
Emergency Response:
* Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring quick and effective resolution of MEP system issues.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and efficiency of MEP systems to meet operational requirements.* Saudi National
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
* Proven experience of 5+ years as an MEP Engineer, preferably in a facility management or maintenance setting.
* In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and other MEP components.
* Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using relevant engineering software and tools.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
