JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client provides the full range of cost and contract management services including quantity surveying throughout every stage of a project. Their professional teams work closely with the client and its consultants to help ensure right decisions at the right time, more added value and reduced risk for the client, established for more than 50 years.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be working as a MEP Quantity Surveyor on Building project in Jeddah.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must have experience in Mechanical and Electrical Installation works
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience working with contractor in Saudi Arabia
• Age 25 to 28.
• Preferably Single status
• Transferable Iqama
• Experience in quantities measurement, variations, preparing cost estimates, final accounts, processing payment applications, etc
• Must have excellent computer skills - Excel, AutoCad etc.
• Must be proficient in English and possess good writing skills
