JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
* Review/monitor and report on the cost management processes and procedures on site across various departments
* Manage Variation Orders
* Manage measurement of quantities.
* Must be confident checking Unit Rates calculation/Procurement monitoring/Flow schedules.
* To check valuation and payment certificates, reports, tender evaluation reports, unit rate submissions (Cost Reports, etc.) Revised and re-submitted Methodologies, Procedures and Manuals.
* QAQC services

REQUIREMENTS
* Degree Qualified (QS/Commercial/Mech/Elec)
* Professional membership preferred
* If currently based in Saudi must have a transferable Iqama
* 10+ years cost consultancy experience
