REQUIREMENTS

Who we are looking for:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in as MEP Technical Manager in which 4 years preferably in GCC.
2. Ability to successfully manage and supervise a project team of approximately “20” including Engineers and Supervisors.
3. Extensive experience technical managing construction projects, assessing build ability and managing the projects on site.
4. Should be able to build professional and productive relationships with consultants, subcontractors and other stake holders.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
6. Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical stream.
7. Proven record in planning, organizing and leading a diverse labor force.
8. Manages to time-frames, cost conscious, and achievement driven.
