JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Strategy Making? Analyze data and seek opportunities, initiate merchant promotion plans, and make strategies, manage the sales team to finally achieve the goals.
• Resource operation: Build business resources based on the strategy, make resource mechanisms for different merchants and sales teams, including commission, subsidies, and traffic, and so on.
• Project Management: Identify key projects, make plans, and collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure the effective implementation of the projects.
• Efficiency Optimization: Build sales tools, consolidate operational methods, establish standardized operational processes, and improve team operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in merchant operations, with certain knowledge or experience in merchant operations, promotion operations, and sales team operations.• Good communication and expression skills, willing to collaborate.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Good logical thinking.
