Mid Level Lawyer - Regulatory Focused

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Mid Level Lawyer with a focus on regulatory matters to join our prestigious International Law Firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex regulatory issues and provide legal counsel to a diverse range of clients in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on regulatory matters to clients within the region and internationally
- Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory issues and developments
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to regulatory compliance
- Participate in negotiations and discussions with regulatory authorities and governmental agencies
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients' industries and provide proactive advice

Salary:
SAR 35,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution, LLM is a plus
- Admitted to practice law in Saudi Arabia, with 3-5 years of experience in regulatory law
- Experience working in an international law firm or with multinational clients is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the region
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken is required
