JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Office Manager is to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the GM in order to facilitate effective and smooth operations whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide a complete secretarial and administrative service (time management, diary, reports) to the GM to facilitate the smooth functioning of the processes and allow him / her to concentrate on key activities while observing strict confidentiality procedures at all times to ensure security and control

Salary:
SAR 22,000 to 27,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience supporting a GM or similar role.
• Act as first point of contact for both internal and external parties who wish to contact or meet the GM and screen the requests to ensure effective prioritizing to facilitate business requirements as directed by the GM.
• Ready to do receptionist job occasionally until setting up full office by January 2019
• Provide a complete secretarial and administrative service (time management, diary, reports) to the GM to facilitate the smooth functioning of the processes and allow him / her to concentrate on key activities while observing strict confidentiality procedures at all times to ensure security and control.
• Organize meetings for the GM, timely and accurately, when requested.
• Support the GM in organizing meetings and preparing materials to be covered, handling the calendar and correspondence, researching issues and tracking action item completion.
• Accompanies the GM in meetings and conferences and ensures that minutes of meetings are documented and circulated in time to facilitate decision making and action plans.
