JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A management consultancy focused on communication strategy, particularly within the governmental sector is experiencing growth and as such now has a global presence. Having fully established their office in Riyadh, the Senior Director now requires a strong Office Manager to ensure support to the team, business continuity and professionalism is maintained.

The role will also work closely with the operations team based in London and therefore, excellent written and verbal English language skills are required for this busy environment. Taking full responsibility for the daily administration, maintenance and presentation of the office, the successful candidate will be able to also assist with global travel arrangements and diary management, provide document control and collation in PowerPoint and reports management in excel. Acting as the first point of contact for 3rd party suppliers and vendors you will discuss requirements and areas for maintenance, alongside ensuring competitive prices and an excellent service delivery.

To ensure all administration is compliant it is expected that you will provide local HR support in terms of new joiners, visa renewals and the monitoring of annual leave and absence. You will work together with the GRO to also ensure that all documents are valid and this includes corporate documents such as business licenses and governmental requirements. Internal meetings are also organised by the Office Manager and there are several client meetings held here each week. Meeting and greeting C- suite level and VIP clients and ensuring the meeting is well prepared beforehand with documents, IT equipment and catering facilities is also expected in this position.

Requirements:
Being an integral part of the office and its overall business operations, we are seeking a confident all-round Administrator/ Office Manager, who is flexible to take on any task as required by the business, from HR to diary management and everything in between. You will ideally have similar experience in a corporate environment with exposure in liaising with all levels of seniority. Keeping one step ahead at all times, this will allow the wider team to focus on the further development of the business and their clients. Ideally you will be degree educated and it is essential that you have a high level of skill in the use the full MS Office suite, including excel and PowerPoint. You will possess excellent communication skills and a real team orientated approach. We welcome applicants from both Saudi Nationals and expats based in Riyadh for this position.
