JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Launching a high profile and high visibility program in order to create a platform to structure and consolidate charitable efforts under one umbrella and launch new initiatives. This platform will aim at assessing the needs in society and create initiatives that provide financial support to segments in need in Saudi society through convenient mechanisms.
The Operations Analyst of The Program is accountable for the success of The Program from an operations perspective by effectively performing operations tasks (mainly reviewing applications from applicants to various charitable initiatives) in line with the criteria defined for the charitable initiative within required SLA targets.
Salary:
SAR
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Operations
• Directly perform in-house operational tasks – e.g. applications approvals (approve/reject) within defined SLAs and in an accurate and fair manner, responding to applicant’s queries, etc.
• Monitor and get reports from partners – for out-sourced activities - and problem solve with them in case of issues
Reporting
• Prepare timely and accurate reports of the managed tasks and applications under processing in order to provide clarity on the status of their delivery to meet requirements

Other Assignments
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field from a reputable university
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations role in service oriented environments (e.g. banking, insurance, etc)
