JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Coordinate and arrange all day-to-day activities related to every project, client, in-house production team, and other various departments.
- Preparation of job orders, and timely update of production status and all other project-related communications.
- Coordinate with the production team to create the build-up schedules and make sure that it is followed properly. Coordination between the operations department and production department to maintain the production timeline.
- Maintains a positive relationship with clients.
- Coordinate and communicate with all required organizers, and prepare venue forms/permits for each project.
- Maintain necessary documentation and filings.

Salary:
SAR 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations / Office Administration is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- English is mandatory and Arabic is preferable.
- Female candidates are required.
- Immediate joiners are required.
- Advanced computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness in all stages of the project.
