Operations Director

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Project Management Engineering firm in Saudi Arabia as the Operations Director where you will drive strategic growth initiatives and lead a dynamic team of professionals in delivering innovative engineering solutions across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for division operations and long-term growth
• Manage a diverse team of 100+ skilled professionals
• Spearhead growth strategies and expansion initiatives
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Engineering or Business Administration (advanced degree preferred)
• 15+ years’ operations management experience in engineering
• Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
• Extensive experience in the Middle East with a deep understanding of regional practices
• Excellent communication skills and client relationship building

Salary:
SAR 80,000 to 85,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
