Operations Director

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Operations Director to be based in Saudi Arabia .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide strategic direction to align operations with the company's objectives and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations such as Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Audits, Facilities Management, and IT.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
- Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with local authorities, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have experience within the UAE or KSA Region.
- Experience across public and private sectors managing government and commercial contracts within the Medical Devices Industry.
- Strong people management skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Arabic is a plus.
