JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an established KSA based company that specializes in providing Facilities Management Services.

They are currently seeking a Operations Manager to join their team. The role will be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia and the successful individual will be responsible in managing multiple contracts

The successful individual will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the projects. Enhance department and company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different projects and exploring opportunities to add value to the company’s accomplishments

Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability all the time.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
• Proven working experience in project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate engineering field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with project management software tools.
