JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Must have worked on most of the Modules - CoreHR/SSHR/Exit-Separation / Absence / Time & Labour, Fusion Compensation Workbench. You will be required to design, develop and interpret reports and dashboards which clearly and concisely show key workforce trends and problem areas. Construct reports/graphs that show status, trends, cost, volume, benchmarks, as well as opportunities for improvement in various HR activities. A solid understanding of HR policies and process flows Project management experience preferred Knowledge of HR technologies preferably in Oracle E-business Suite and Oracle Fusion HCM Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively. Should have good knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, BI Publisher, Forms & Reports. Knowles on the following technical area will be preferred OAF, Online Patching Concepts, WebADI.

REQUIREMENTS

* 5+ years of Oracle HR functional experience
* Must have completed at least 2 implementations
* Solid experience with all aspects of HRMS
* Experienced with creating functional specs
* Knowledge of Forms and Reports
