Partner - International Law Firm - Riyadh - Corporate / Finance
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Partner in our international law firm based in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and finance, and will be responsible for leading and managing a team of legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the corporate and finance practice in the firm, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team.
- Manage and mentor a team of lawyers, paralegals, and other legal professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on complex corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and banking and finance transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering high-quality legal services to meet their needs.
- Participate in business development and marketing activities to expand the firm's client base and contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in corporate and finance law to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of the legal market.
- Collaborate with other partners and practice areas within the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions and excellent client service.
Requirements:
- Admitted in a common law jurisdiction (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc)- A qualified lawyer with significant experience in corporate and finance law, ideally gained within an international law firm environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a legal practice, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand and address the needs of diverse clients across different industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated business development and marketing skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities for the firm.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, with a focus on quality, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Would need a proven track record and have some level of a book of business to follow them.
Salary:
SAR
120,000 to 180,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: salary would be mostly dependant on following / book of business
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
