JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Supervising day to day patient relation service activities
- To interact effectively and build rapport with others
- To inspect the ongoing activities
- To have specific measures and check list on daily basis
- To submit daily report and be the point of reference
- To be informative
- To make appropriate suggestion to the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation /Diploma in the relevant field
- Should be good at interacting
- Good communication skills
- Be honest and reliable,
- Should be good at observation and proactive
- Plus point if prior experience in academics and interacting with students
