JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsible for payment records making sure accuracy, timely maintenance and control.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Posting all suppliers’ invoices as per their contract price and terms
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Account reconciliation and payment processing
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Supports monthly close process and preparation of various reports.
- Petty cash handling, bill booking and payment processing
- Checking invoice to ensure that it is as per FTA, preparing report of input tax and Input tax ledger reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Ad hoc tasks/ reports, as required
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Specialized Diploma in Accounting
Experience: 2-5 years of Experience in Accounting
ERP knowledge (SAP) will be an advantage
The role will require great attention to details, data analysis, ability to maintain good vendor relationship, fast and accurate data entry skills, working extended hours from time to time.
