JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Establish a Schedule Control System, present a global and detailed view of project information, provide procedural guidance for common procedures, prepare issues checklists for action, document activities, record detail, and track progress.

During tender period prepare a construction schedule for work encompassed in the Project. The schedule shall be sufficiently detailed so as to be suitable as a framework for contract completion by the successful bidder.

REQUIREMENTS

- 10+ years experience
- BSc Civil Eng
- MSc on relevant subjects is a plus
- Infrastructure/Superstructure of Land Development Projects. Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, and Mix-Use Building Projects.
- Project Management, Investor, Contractor
- KSA (transferable)
- Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
- MS Office, Primavera P6
