Job Description
- Provide L3 operations support for PEGA applications.
- Handle deployment and post-deployment issues to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Monitor application performance and implement enhancements as needed.
- Track all changes in the application, ensuring accurate documentation and version control.
- Perform defect fixing, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain application stability.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of PEGA applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PEGA best practices and standards.

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in PEGA development and configuration.
- PEGA Development: Advanced knowledge of PEGA PRPC, PEGA BPM, and related technologies.
- Proficient in L3 operations support, including issue resolution and application monitoring.
- Operations Support: Experience in L3 support, deployment management, and application monitoring.
- Experience with deployment processes and post-deployment issue handling.
- Application Performance: Familiarity with performance tuning, monitoring tools, and enhancement techniques.
- Change Management: Proficiency in tracking and managing changes within a PEGA environment.
- Defect Fixing: Strong ability to identify, analyze, and fix defects in a timely manner.
