JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Develop, review and implement cost accounting systems, manuals, policies and procedures to provide more effective cost control/margin optimization and achieve better performance. Coordinate all finance activities relating to cost savings and margin optimization Programs: review business initiatives to provide assurance that the claimed financial impact is a realistic outlook and how the initiative is likely to show up in the P&L over time, provide regular updates to management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. CPA is preferred. Ten (10) years of related experience, of which at least Five (5) years in an industrial environment. Produce monthly accounting reports.
